Bad website and return policy

We went to Gray line medical looking for other vendor alternatives. The graphics on their website are confusing and misleading. We were looking for vaginal speculums and ended up with sheaths for speculums. When my Supply officer was looking at the website, she showed it to me and I verified that those were the vaginal speculums we wanted. When we received sheaths , and began the process to return them, we were told there were no returns on Welch Allen products. When we pleaded our case, they charged a restocking fee and we had to pay for shipping to return the erroneous item we will not use gray line again.
