For returns Please Contact us thru Phone 888-443-9327 or email us at sales@GraylineMedical.com within 15 business days from the date of delivery to obtain a Returned Authorization (RA) number. Please have the following information on hand when calling for an RA number: customer name, invoice number, serial number and the nature of the problem. Those returns authorized by Grayline Medical may be subject to possible restocking fee of up to 25% plus applicable shipping cost. No Returns authorization number will be given if requested after 15 days of delivery. All defective products except (wheelchairs, scooters, and patient lifts) will be accepted by us for exchange or repair, if RA number is requested within 15 days of delivery. After 15 Days of delivery, all manufacturer warranty will be applicable. Customers are advised to contact the manufacturer directly to resolve the issue. It is important that the RA number is clearly written on the outside of the box. Packages received without an RA number will be returned to you or will not refunded since these packages without RA number are difficult to trace.
If you paid for the purchase with a credit card or paypal, your account will be credited back the amount of the purchase once the product has been received. and checked by our staff. If you paid with a check or money order, allow 10-14 days to receive your refund check from Devine Express from the time we receive the returned product
On all product returns, you are responsible for arranging shipment of the product back to same warehouse from where the item was shipped. You may use UPS, FedEx, or any other ground parcel carrier of your choice thru which online tracking of shipment is available
If you are returning an item shipped in error by us, we apologize for your inconvenience. We will reimburse you the delivery costs and the cost to ship the product back to us. For any other return, you are responsible for the original delivery costs and the return shipping expense. Shipping exp in the case of free shipping will be calculated as shipping charges incurred by us
For all prices and products, we reserve the right to make adjustments due to errors, changing market conditions, product discontinuation or typographical errors in advertisements. Grayline Medical is not responsible for manufacturer price changes, mistakes in the web site which may occur at any time. Footrests or legrests are not included with wheelchairs unless specified. Pictures of the items shown on our web site doesn't mean that all the the items shown in the picture are included in the price since items may be shown on the web site with all accessories which are available as optional and should be purchases additionally Please read the description carefully to check what are the contents of items
All products to be returned must be returned within 7 days from the RA date, 100% complete, in resalable condition, and must include original packing material, manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories provided by the manufacturer.
Grayline Medical reserves the right to authorize product returns beyond 15 days from the delivery date. If the product is accepted after 15 days, credit will be issued toward future purchases or even exchange only.
