A padded double-embosses vinyl upholstery is flame retardant. The Tuffy Reclining Wheelchair also features adjustable toggle wheel locks, swing-away detachable elevating leg rests, adjustable length aluminum foot plates, anti-tippers and stainless side panels and a removable headrest.
