Description
- Maxi Mix:
- Vibrating head, 102 mm (4") diameter, imparts vortex action to contents of test tubes and other small vessels pressed against it
- Mixing action is intensified by increasing pressure of vessel against foam rubber top which is friction-fitted onto the head
- Push-button on/off switch adjacent to head activates ball bearing eccentric drive
- Motor speed is 3000 rpm with no load
- Motor housing is plastic with aluminum base
- Rubber suction cup feet prevent creeping
- Maxi-Mix II:
- Vibrating platform, 90 mm (3 1/2") diameter, imparts vortex action to contents of test tubes and other small vessels pressed against it
- Motor speed is variable from 100 to 3000 rpm
- Mode selection switch has positions off, full on for continuous mixing and touch on in which mixing action is activated by pressure on the platform
- Speed control dial has arbitrary reference graduations
- Platform has rubber pad
