Assembly kit allows the headrest to be adjusted in any direction. The straight, horizontal bar allows for forward and backward adjustments, while the offset bar slides the headrest vertically. Features a positioning stop collar, which allows the headrest to be removed without changing the desired position. The offset block swivels on a ball to create a custom angle.
