The box that arrived contained the wrong item but contained a packing slip that had the correct item pictured on it. When Customer Service was notified, they told me to ship it back within five days and expected me to pay for return shipping myself. After E-mailing, they did provide a return shipping label, but I needed to ask for it despite it being an error on their side. Customer service was helpful but quality control was lacking.
