Good product; Poor communication from Grayline Medical

The product was good and works per design. Your communication was very poor and I will never buy product from your organization ever again. To start, we never received communication that the wraps were backordered. When we did finally figure it out, and I sent an email requesting an update, that went unanswered. We only knew about the product being shipped on the day it left. While I understand there was no emergency, the communication was so poor and lacking that I will never order product from you ever again.
