Adaptic Touch Non-Adhering Dressing is a primary wound contact layer helps protect the wound while minimizing patient pain and trauma on removal.
Helps prevent adherence of the secondary dressing to the wound.
May be left in place for several days depending upon amount of exudate.
Stays in place during dressing application.
Indication: Management of dry to heavily exuding, partial and full-thickness chronic wounds, venous, decubitus (pressure), and diabetic ulcers, traumatic and surgical wounds, donor sites, first/second degree burns, with V.A.C. therapy for the protection of fragile wound structures.
The size of the pores minimizes the risk of granulation tissue in-growth while also maintaining an open area.
