The Sure Hand knife's stainless steel blade has a back-and-forth rocking motion. It enables those with one functional hand to cut independently. The larger handle is helpful for those with limited dexterity or arthritis.
The non-slip grip with a lip prevents the hand from moving forward while cutting. The weighted version is 3 oz. heavier. It's ideal to help control hand tremors for people with Parkinson's disease or other conditions that cause tremors. The kitchen aid allows independent cutting and cooking preparation.
The knife measures 9-¼' in overall length with a 4-¼' blade. It's dishwasher safe to 220°F. The rocker knife is BPA, phthalates, and latex-free.
