Super Stopper is a dense ball of super absorbent, non-woven sponge material. Its density has proven to be more effective in achieving hemostatsis at the access site while improving aseptic conditions. Clinicians and patients can apply pressure more directly. I have a special needs son on dialysis for 7 yrs. he’s at a non for profit clinic so they can’t afford to buy these for all patients, so I don’t mind buying for him to have. He has a tendency to blood and these help stop the bleeding so much faster and saves on time of clotting. Absolutely do recommend.
