Fedex snafu

The customer service at Grayline was great, but Fedex was not at all good. Grayline really was helpful in every way, but Fedex dropped the ball. Fedex lost the order and the agent who called me was rude at best. After 2 weeks, Fedex did find the order and I did receive it. I would buy again from Grayline, but would hope for another shipper.
