The Skil-Care Slide Guard Wedge Cushion features a center pommel that provides additional slide control and maintains hip abduction. The "Ultra" models have firm foundations. Each cushion is covered with wipe-clean, incontinent-proof vinyl and comes with a launderable two-way stretch fabric cover to reduce skin shear. Safety secure the cushion to the wheelchair to keep it in place.
