The special foam of the Pressure-Check Foam Cushion has sections that adjust individually to distribute pressure and lower interface pressure. The Pressure Check (light&heavy) reversible is a dual sided cushion that has foam pads that adjust to the patients anatomy. The side with larger pods is designed for heavier residents (150 lbs or more.) A side with smaller pads is designed for lighter residents (149 lbs or less.) The Low-Shear cover reduces skin-damaging friction, resists incontinence, and wipes clean for easy care.
