The Lateral Leaning Cushion has a sloped design to accommodate unique positioning needs. The bottom layer of high density foam and bottom layer of viscoelastic foam provide a comfortable and supportive seat cushion. The cushion has safety straps to hold it to a wheelchair or it can be used on a car seat or couch cushion. The Low-Shear II cover reduces skin damage from friction and is fluid resistant for easy cleaning.
