Experience

Grayline did send tubes, but the tubes were not what we ordered. Grayline did not contact us to confirm we could accept alternate tube type. Grayline sent two boxes and now they want us to pay a restocking fee. when if they had contacted us, we would have declined the order. the tubes that were sent as a replacement cannot be ran on the automated Track for Chemistry
