- Valve separator for the separation of serum/plasma and blood clot after centrifugation
- After separation, the plunger can be removed easily thanks to a special connection between the valve and plunger
- Due to the design of the valve the dimensions of the primary receptacle remain unchanged after separation
- This combination of valve and sample tube makes the product particularly suitable for instrument adaptation
- The valve separator forms a physical barrier which prevents diffusion between the blood clot and supernatant during transport, analysis and storage
