Polyform 6" x 9" by Rolyan is splinting material intended for fabrication of custom-molded rigid splints, orthosis and adaptive equipment. This splinting material provides excellent performance when patterning, cutting, heating, forming, cooling, adjustments and edge finishing. This splinting material is designed to create a custom made and effective splint.
