I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding a recent order I placed for needles that were urgently needed for the weekend.

At the time of purchase, I paid an additional fee for rush delivery to ensure the order would arrive on time. Unfortunately, the order never arrived. When I contacted your company the following week, I was informed that the order had never shipped despite the rush delivery charge being processed.

After that call, I requested that the order be shipped immediately. Regrettably, the shipment was delayed again and did not ship for another week and a half. This delay caused significant inconvenience, especially given the time-sensitive nature of the order and the extra cost I paid for expedited service.

I am very dissatisfied with how this situation was handled and with the lack of urgency shown despite my multiple follow-ups. I expect better communication and reliability, particularly when customers pay for rush shipping
