Provox Voice prostheses offers excellent function, reliability and safety. For years, the Provox NiD has performed in the same way but in a convenient "patient changeable" prosthesis. The laryngectomee can insert, remove and clean this voice prosthesis themselves while preserving the key features and proven quality of a Provox device. Patients may insert, remove and clean the device themselves. Non sterile, for single patient use. The Provox NiD is attached to a strong polypropylene cord with a safety medallion that is too wide to fall into the tracheostoma.
