Wish the communication was as good as the product

The bags are great: they get colder than most freezer packs and last longer. It took FOREVER to get them. I contacted them and they said they were on their way, but they weren’t. They were out of stock. When I tried to cancel them, I was told they shipped. Poor customer service and communication.

Trouble

I purchased a box of EZY Gel bags 6" x 12". While using two of them on my shoulders I noticed wetness and they had broken open along the seam.

I had a couple from several years ago after knee surgery and needed to replace them as they were leaking. These are flexible and I put one on my knee during the night when I need to. They work great!

Great as you get older

I had an old one that I bought years ago. The "e" in ezy had worn off. I checked the internet hoping that I could find it or something like it. I was so happy when I found it. It is just great for us as we get older with our aches and pains.
I wish there was one half that size for smaller aches and pains!
