called asking about about their mail in sharps program.
Initially he representative says there is no information other than whats on the product.
Secondly he refuses to transfer me to a supervisor so i can get my questions answered.
Thirdly I finally get a supervisor who does not know what they are promoting on their website.
Very difficult to communicate with these folks
