Soft rails are an alternative to side rails and help prevent lucid patients at risk for falls from rolling out of bed while allowing sufficient space for patient comfort. Adjustable bolster may be positioned to accommodate individual resident needs, or completely removed for patient transfer. Double Bolster with vinyl cover features one removable bolster that slides out of the cover, with quick-release buckles.
