Posey Deluxe Guard Rail Pads help protect patients from injury by closing some of the gaps along the mattress side rails and cushioning the side rails. They are available with a full-length window (5605W) to help caregivers continuously monitor patients, while allowing patients to see out from their beds. Each Deluxe Guard Rail Pad attaches with hook-and-loop straps and is made of durable, firm density foam and covered in soft, water repellent vinyl.

Patients at risk for bed entrapment and/or injury. Helps protect patients from side rail injuries.
