The hydrolyzed gel features 1% silver oxide as a preservative which helps to control microbial growth within the gel. The gel conforms to any wound site and absorbs drainage from exuding wounds while providing moisture. This biocompatible and biodegradable wound gel is ideal for supporting autolytic debridement.

When to Use SilvaKollagen

The 1.5 oz. tube is ideal for treating and managing minor burns, lacerations, abrasions, and minor irritation of the skin. The gel can also be used for prescription use for the management of partial and full thickness wounds, including pressure ulcers (Stages I - IV), diabetic ulcers, donor sites, first and second degree burns, skin tears, surgical wounds, and grafted wounds.
