C.A.S.H (Crusiform Anterior Spinal Hyperextension) Orthosis uses a 3-point biomechanical leverage principle to restrict flexion and help stabilize the spine. The pads are joined with a lightweight, totally adjustable low-profile cruciform frame. The control of flexion is obtained by the soft pad, the cruciform frame does not contact the patient. The pectoral model disperses the posterior force and applies it to the more resilient muscles. To keep skin cool and protected, wear a cotton shirt underneath. You may shower, bathe or sponge clean while wearing the brace. The brace cleans easily with mild soap and water.
