Failure to ship order timely

Grayline Medical wrote me on December 2 2025 "We're getting your order ready to be shipped. We will notify you when it has been sent". When no shipping notification had been received by December 22, I called and then wrote for them to cancel the order, as we would no longer be at the address to receive the parcel. Contrary to information provided by USPS, they claimed that the shipment process was underway, and subsequently a package was purportedly delivered to a vacated address on December 26. We do not intend to pay for the item which order was cancelled and which we never received.
