This blood pressure monitor is powered by OMRON Advanced Accuracy Technology. The OMRON Advanced Accuracy Technology minimizes the impact your breathing and movements will have on your blood pressure reading results. The OMRON Series 3 uses the oscillometric method of blood pressure measurement through the wrist. When the wrist cuff inflates, this monitor senses the pressure pulsations of the artery underneath. Used on the left or right wrist, the monitor stores 90 blood pressure readings up to two users. The wrist monitor fits any adult wrist between 5.3” to 8.5” in circumference.
Multi-Purpose Features to Help Measure Accurate ReadingsThe wrist monitor features the Irregular Heartbeat Indicator to detect fluctuations or irregular heartbeats while measuring blood pressure. If irregularities are detected outside of normal parameters, an indicator icon will alert users. The Hypertension Indicator feature displays a ‘HIGH’ symbol if the systolic (upper) measurement reaches 130 mmHg or above and/or if your diastolic (lower) measurement reaches 80 mmHg or above. Using the Advanced Average function, you can automatically average up to your last three readings taken within the last 10 minutes for a more accurate reading of your heart’s health.
Advanced OMRON Exclusives to Reduce Measurement ErrorsOmron 7 Series stores up to 90 readings for one user or unlimited readings when used with the free OMRON Connect app. The Bluetooth feature allows you to keep a comprehensive record of your readings over time and monitor any fluctuations in your readings. Users can view the trend graphs and charts on select iOS and Android devices as well as with Amazon Alexa-enabled devices using the Omron Health Skill. To find out if your device is compatible, visit OmronHealthcare.com/connect. To help reduce measurement errors, the Heart Zone Guidance technology helps to guide your wrist to be positioned level with the heart for a more precise reading. To reduce measurement inconsistencies, it is recommended that users always measure BP on the same wrist. Blood pressure can differ between the right wrist and the left wrist and the measured blood pressure values can be different in result of that.
