Bad service

The braces that I got delivered did not match the pictures of the one that I ordered. It took over a month for them to get delivered and multiple check in emails to get them. I was originally told after my first email that they were a special order that would take 15 business days and they did not show up a month later. When I emailed the second time they sent them the next day and again the braces did not match what was ordered. To add to that, I ordered 2 different size braces not know what would fit better a large and an extra large. As that is how they were sized on their website. I was sent 2 of the exact same braces that were marked as size L//XL. So the same thing rather than 2 different sizes.
