Description
- These sterile, implantable flexible wires has an electrode, insulated with nonconductive material except at its ends
- Intended for use as an electrical conductor to transmit defibrillation impulses from an ICD or AICD to the endocardium of the right ventricle
- Can also be used to transmit pacing impulses from a cardiac resynchronization therapy (CRT) pulse generator, AICD or other pacing device
- Impregnated with dexamethasone acetate and dexamethasone sodium phosphate intended to reduce inflammation
- Other features include a quadripolar connector with four-pole inline configuration and ventricular lead with RV and SVC defibrillation coil electrodes
