Not the exact replacement

I spoke to Medline customer service multiple times looking for the replacement part that attaches the calf pad to the arm. The current one is plastic and as the pictures shows on this part, it is all metal. The Medline CS reps assured me that the picture was only an example and the part I would receive would be an exact replacement and provided the part number. I ordered it from Grayline to save money. The part that showed up isn't the exact replacment and perfectly matches the picture. It is frustrated that I invested my time to ensure I get the correct part to only have my time wasted. This is frustrating. The color of the replacement part doesn’t match either. Grayline gets 5 stars. Medline ZERO stars!
