The ordering process was just fine. The order was accepted without reserve. Then the waiting began. The item was out of stock and there was no indication of that status, No notice of an estimated ship date was never given. After weeks of waiting, I sent an email requesting a ship date. The answer was that it is on back order and it will ship when it arrives. No dates, no estimated timeline, nothing. This company is not customer service friendly. The product was exactly what I wanted. The lack of information about the out of stock status and estimated ship dates is unacceptable.
