Fall Prevention Kit

The kit was exactly what I expected as my mother had the same kit given to her while a patient in ST. Louise Hospital in Gilroy, Ca. after fracturing her back. My mother is 93 yrs old and the kit and color yellow signify silently that a patient is in danger of falling and the color also represents that at least 2 CNA' respond to the call light. It's all about SAFETY, SAFETY, & MORE SAFETY!!!
