Ripe Off Company Reporting to BBB

I feel like I was ripe off and deceived the description says the thumb splint and the super strap. It only comes with the thumb splint. The boy model in the photos shows both splint and supination .Unacceptable and I probably would be reporting this to the BBB. If you’re only selling the thumbs Splint in the descriptions and photo, then just put only the thumb splint after doing some research the seller sales the splint half the price and you all know this but instead you ripe off customers that’s probably already having financial difficulties caring for our special need children. When I called this company to explain my honest satisfactory with the product, and I feel like I was deceived. The rep hung up in my ear.
