This decline bench is the ideal bench to have in any wellness or fitness center. The bench adjusts up to eight different positions from 15° to 30° decline for a number of different workout angles. Proper alignment is ensured with your legs, knees, and back all being supported in the proper manner. The fixed position leg pads need no adjustment and allow for easy entry and exit.
