Never received bags

The shipment I ordered was marked as delivered, but it never arrived at our facility. I checked with neighboring businesses, and no one received it in error. I reached out for support, but I never received an update from Customer Service regarding the investigation with FedEx, nor any follow-up on what was discovered.

As of today, I still have not received the original shipment, a replacement order, or a refund. This has caused delays on our end, since we rely on these materials for active, time sensitive work. The lack of communication has been especially frustrating.
