Swell Spots Katina
The Spot's foam chips help promote lymphatic drainage when bandaged next to the skin. It gently encourages gaps to open in the lymphatic system to promote fluid movement. It can also fill crevices and help break down tissue fibrosis.
The Swell Spot Katina's tapered shape makes it ideal for difficult to treat areas. Use it along the ulnar aspect of the arm with bandages or a garment. The Spot is also helpful for reducing swelling in the leg, including areas like the IT band of the lateral thigh and the anterior surface of the calf.
