Lohmann & Rauscher Mollelast

Mollelast is a conforming open-weave gauze bandage. It can be used for all types of retention dressings, as well as lymphedema wrapping for fingers, toes and genital swelling. It can also secure wound dressings and foam padding under bandages depending on the chosen widths.

Special knitting technique makes the open-weave gauze breathable and very comformable. It also reduces snagging. Mollelast bandage is 4.4 yards (4 m) long.

Mollelast is available in a wide variety of widths to address various needs from lymphedema wrapping to foam fixation and wound dressing retention. It's easy to handle and comfortable for patients. The conforming bandage follows the body's contours making it great for use on areas close to the joints.
