- O-rings are made from silicone to insure a leakproof seal and caps accept color coding inserts
- Polypropylene loop caps are available to keep caps tethered to tubes
- Sterile tubes are gamma irradiated and are packed 50 in a bag and 10 bags in a pack
- Tubes and O-ring caps are autoclavable
- Tubes can be centrifuged to 20,000 RCF
