Upper extremity edema is the swelling of the wrists, arms or other extremities and can cause discomfort. Whether acute or chronic in nature, edema can be a painful experience.
The FarrowWrap LITE OTS Armpiece is designed for patients with mild to moderate edema.
The nice thing about this compression wrap is that it can be applied and removed easily. The LITE wrap can apply anywhere from 20-30 mmHg (millimeters of mercury), so you can adjust the compression as necessary for your condition. No need to buy a new garment every time your swelling fluctuates. These arm garments are lightweight and comfortable to wear. When worn correctly, the wrap supplies a single layer that stretches and moves with the arm.
The LITE Armpiece is available in an Off-the-Shelf option and comes for either the left or right arm. It also comes in three sizes and three lengths for the best fit possible. Thanks to its durability, the armpiece can be worn for 24 hours.
