The Blom-Singer laryngectomy tube is a durable silicone tube used to keep the tracheostoma open immediately after laryngectomy and to prevent tracheostoma stenosis (narrowing) in the months following laryngectomy.

Along the backside, it features a recessed area with smooth, rounded edges that can be modified(fenestrated) for use with a Blom-Singer voice prosthesis.
