Description
- Absorptive dressing combines PVA and PU with 2 organic pigments (methylene blue and gentian violet) to create a wound environment that is prime for healing, suitable for use on partial- and full-thickness wounds
- Provide broad spectrum antibacterial protection to help protect against micro-organisms commonly found in wounds
- No film backing so exudate management options are increased, and exudate is transferred into secondary absorbent dressing
- Noncytotoxic and will not inhibit growth factors; compatible with enzymatic debriders
- No hydration required before use; up to 7-day wear time
