Needs some assistance

At first it didn't work...and I almost died. However I looked closely at footage I'd see on line and realized that it should come with a little groove so that it can "ride" the ridge on the device, without it, it keeps popping out of place and doesn't go into the reader. So...I carved out the grove myself and....voila! It worked and we got consistent accurate results. I have not found any company that has the holder with the grove already carved out. Just happy its working and that we were able to get this piece that was close to what we needed and with a little ingenuity and patience were able to get it to work.
