Incorrect item after a MONTH of waiting

Paid for express shipping, waited a whole month, and then received a completely incorrect item. I have tried reaching out via phone and email. Got the run-around and no help whatsoever. We will not be ordering from this company again. Stay away if you want correct items in a timely manner, or at the very least good customer service. None of which was provided. Wrong items happen, but terrible customer service is what makes this even worse.
