    Yes, I finally received my orthotic inserts. Thank you.
    I would make one suggestion- you should update customers on the status of their order. I placed my order on July 24 and heard nothing from Grayline concerning my order. It took about a month to receive my inserts which is not a problem but I was beginning to worry about my credit card out there in limbo and no update from Grayline. Had it not been for me saving a copy of the online order, I may have totally forgotten about it. Please think about updating your customers.
