Longitudinal-Metatarsal Arch Pads are recommended for pronation, flat feet, or high arches. They offer metatarsal, and scaphoid support, and are ideal for shoes with little or built-in arch support. Petite/child sizes are available in 1/8", 3/16", 1/4" thicknesses. Three thicknesses to adjust the amount of correction as the child's feet grow.
