Don't see how this would work

The clamp is so tight you can barely get it closed and the latch hooked with no catheter in it. And, I would be afraid it would actually puncture the tube with its sharp teeth. I do not think this will work and unfortunately you have a real problem on your hands if it does perforate the tubing.

And there is only 1 clamp, not 3 like in the picture.
