There was a backorder of 5-6 weeks of which I was informed of and agreed to. I received the unit in 4 weeks. This pleased me.
The unit is of a lesser quality than the units I have been using, ( thinner material ). BUT it is well worth the $143, charged and will probably last as long as the $860 Pilling brand I replaced that I bought 18 years ago.
I have worn a trach since 1960. I am 79 years old. Lowell Anderson
