The padded arm of the sling provides comfort and support for the resident/patient. The sling's leg supports are padded, but narrow to enable clothing to be removed easily.Careful resident/patient assessment is strongly recommended as the nature of this sling means there is less fabric to give support compared to a general purpose sling and it may not be suitable for patients with poor upper or lower body tone.
