Description
- These dressings feature ultrathin, adhesive-coated urethane film together with the PolyMem membrane to provide breathable yet tough and water-resistant protection
- The specially designed hydrophilic polyurethane matrix features a soothing moisturizer, and a superabsorbent and semipermeable film backing
- The built-in cleansing agent is activated by moisture and released into the wound bed, reducing the need for manual cleansing during dressing changes
- The dressings also gently expand and conform to the wound site and wick away up to 10X their weight in exudate
