The Redondo Ball is a soft, yet resilient inflatable ball. It is designed to strengthen the spinal, abdominal and core musculature as well as the pelvic floor and hip flexors. Use the Redondo ball for Pilates, Wellness, Mind-Body, and fitness exercises. Make the ball soft and use it as a massager, or as a head or neck rest. It can be rapidly inflated by mouth  or with the straw provided. Add more air to make the ball firmer or release air from the ball for a softer feel. Release all the air from the ball to fold it up and store away. This very resilient ball is made of foamed PVC, which is odorless and free of latex and forbidden phthalates. Weight capacity of 264 pounds. Comes gray in color and measures 7 inches in diameter.
